Gentle exercise is the best way to build up the energy after giving birth. Post-natal pilates, or post-natal yoga are both readily available in Brighton & Hove.

Immediately after the birth, doing gentle pelvic floor exercises will help with healing.
It is not advisable to attempt more dynamic exercise until it has been confirmed, preferably by a professional, that the abdominal muscles which separated during pregnancy, have come back together.
